The Healthy Futures Alliance needs your help and support in order to make a difference. Individuals and organizations in San Antonio and Texas are welcome to become members. Membership is FREE!
Your ideas and energy are needed. It will take many in the community:
- to help young adults plan and prepare for healthy pregnancies
- to help teens wait to have children until they are adults ready for the challenge
There is no cost or obligation, but HFA would like to count you as a member as it seeks to improve the outlook for adolescents and young adults.
As a member, you will help our community:
- empower teens to postpone pregnancy
- empower young adults to plan pregnancies, so they can be prepared parents
Join HFA to:
- Assess our community needs, resources, and strengths
- Find the science-based curricula and tools to educate San Antonio teens and young adults
- Educate community stakeholders and policymakers to help prevent teen and unplanned pregnancy
- Develop messages and strategies to reach teens and young adults
- Learn how faith communities can help prevent teen and unplanned pregnancy
- Help guide HFA’s effectiveness in the community
